FAQs

How do I open the lock when I buy it?

The lock code is set to 0-0-0-0 by default. Set the code wheels to 0-0-0-0 then pull the shackle to release it.

How do I set a new Code?

To set a new code you must first open the lock and then turn the shackle counter clockwise 90° and press it down into the body of the lock. Now turn the shackle counter clockwise to between 90° and 180°. Set the code by moving the code wheels to the desired code, release the shackle and return it to original position. This can be done multiple times by repeating the above steps.
